Me: A vegan one.
Co-Worker: What the hell kind of cake is that? I've never heard of vegan cake.
Me: One without eggs, milk, or any kind of animal products.

extra ’ cheezy ’ quinoa, mixed [frozen] veggies and black beans, topped with sauteed broccoli with spices, nutritional yeast, lime and garlic; and 1/2 avocado, diced. delicious took me literally 15 minutes to make, and 5 minutes to throw together.
